Aerial Hammock Course
In this course you will learn how to get started with the aerial hammock. Through manuals, videos and pictures you'll be guided to stretch deep and tone your body just through having fun.
From beginner to more advanced combos, I will guide you through step by step and continue to update the course on a regulary basis.
This course is more about the aerial fabric, not deep into meditation, pranayama and philosophy! It includes aerial yoga inspired flow and one yin yoga sequence, but it's more about creating a stretching sequence and playing with tricks.
If you're a movement instructor, this course will get you ready to teach through clear, safe explanations, anatomy knowledge and creating your own sequences.
